Terms of Use

Agreement

 

This is a contract that forms a legally binding agreement between you and Solid Conversions Inc. Its terms are effective upon access to stereolithography.com. We will deem you to have accepted all the provisions of the “terms of use” without modification the first time you visit the Site. We require you to expressly acknowledge your agreement when you register as a user. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you cannot use the Site or the services provided on it. The Site is based on trust. Your agreement to abide by these terms helps promote that trust among all members of our community. We recommend that you print a copy of this Agreement for your records. We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. The amended terms shall be effective as of the effective date indicated on the Site. We may also add, delete or modify some or all of our services at any time. This Agreement may only be amended by you in writing signed by both parties. License

 Solid Conversion Inc.grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to only: View and download single copies of pages contained on the Site; Generate quotations and activate projects from within our quote engine your exercise of this limited license is subject to and conditioned on the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This license terminates if you breach any term of this Agreement. You may not transfer or assign this license to any other party. SOLID CONVERSTIONS INC.  RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REGISTRATION TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON. SOLID COVERSINS INC. is the owner or licensee of all rights of stereolithography.com its content, software, and services. Solid Conversions Inc. is not granting you any right or license to the Site, its content, software, or services besides any right explicitly stated in this Agreement. Ownership of all rights in those materials shall remain with Solid Conversions Inc.or its licensors.

Intellectual Property

 All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on stereolithograpy.com and all content (including all applications) located on the site shall remain vested in SolidConversions Inc or its licensors (which includes other users). You may not copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use stereolithography.com content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any stereolithography.com content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of stereolithography.com content requires the prior written permission of SolidCoversion Inc.

The names, images and logos identifying SolidConversions Inc or Stereolithography.com or third parties and their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks of SolidConversions Inc or Stereolithography.com  and/or third parties. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or right to use any trade mark, design right or copyright of SolidConversions Inc or Stereolithography.com or any other third party.

Community Rules

We do not endorse and are not responsible for any information posted or content contained on the Site. Except for quotations and profile information, which are maintained as private in accordance with our Privacy Policy, information you post to the Site is public. You are solely responsible for information which you post on the Site, including but not limited to any posting or listing in any public message area, through any e-mail feature

 Your information must not:

  1. Infringe any third party's rights, including but not limited to intellectual property, publicity or privacy right;
  2. Be defamatory, trade libelous, threatening or harassing
  3. Be obscene, indecent or contain pornography
  4. Be false, inaccurate or misleading;
  5. Be fraudulent or involve the sale or solicitation of counterfeit or stolen goods; or
  6. Otherwise create any liability on Solid Conversions Inc. behalf.

We reserve the right to take any action with respect to information posted on the Site which we deem appropriate in our sole discretion, including but not limited to termination of your rights of use.

 Breach or Rules

If you fail to abide by these Community Rules (and/or any variations in relevant local house rules) when taking part in the stereolithograpghy.com community, you will be sent an email which informs you why your contribution has been refused or edited. This email will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.

This action may include any content posted by you being checked before allowed to go on the site or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of stereolithography.com community areas.

Solid Conversions Inc. reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any Stereolithography.com account, at any time, for any reason.

 Customer Responsibilities

  As a customer, you agree that:

  1. All information provided in a quotation is accurate and complete and shall accurately represent your ability to accept the products or services as requested
  2. No information you provide on the Site shall be fraudulent or counterfeit
  3. You are 18 years of age or older.

The customer is responsible for any and all orders placed on the Site. The shipping information used will be that in the Customer Profile section, unless we are expressly notified otherwise. All shipments will be FOB from our manufacturing centers. All orders will be confirmed by a STEREOLITHOGRAPHY.COM project manager, so the customer must make arrangements to accept this confirmation in order for the project to continue. After an order is placed, an approved Purchase Order must be faxed  to the provided fax number at STEREOLITHOGRAPHY.COM. It is accepted that all work is satisfactory and accepted after the final interview with the Stereolithography.com project manager.

Registration Identification and Passwords

Your Site registration identification and password are confidential and proprietary and you may not disclose your registration identification or password to or share them with any third parties, or otherwise use registration identification or password for any unauthorized purpose

Termination

We may terminate your membership if you breach any term of this Agreement, or if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us. You may terminate your ability to use the Site, your registration identification and password at any time by sending us a notice at support@stereolithography.com 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify STEREOLITHOGRAPHY.COM from and against any and all claims and damages of any kind (including attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of the Site, from your breach of any provision of this Agreement or from any actions you take. We reserve the right to report any wrongdoing by you, if we become aware of it, to the applicable government authorities.
